We deliver/ship nationwide. All orders will be delivered within 10 -15 business days.

By placing an order on this site you are entering into a purchase/sale transaction solely with Studio Ishneet Mann. This applies to all modes of payment i.e. all credit card, bank card, debit card, cheque, bank transfer and other payments made to Ishneet Mann.

If you have made an online purchase, and wish to cancel it, please call us at +919810361088 or email us at ishneetmann@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. We will not entertain requests for order cancellations more than 12 hours after purchase.

All payments made on Studio Ishneet Mann are secure. We accept payments using credit/debit card (Indian or international), pay wallet, UPI or bank transfer.

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

STUDIO ISHNEET MANN believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

All payments made on Studio Ishneet Mann are secure. We accept payments using credit/debit card (Indian or international), pay wallet, UPI or bank transfer.

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. If you have made an online purchase, and wish to cancel it, please call us at +919810361088 or email us at ishneetmann@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. We will not entertain requests for order cancellations more than 12 hours after purchase.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any Refunds approved by the ISHNEET MANN, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. STUDIO ISHNEET MANN is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
